Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Sugar Squad Burst mobile game (the "App") and this website (together, the "Service"), published by Adam ALET EI ("Sugar Squad Burst", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Sugar Squad Burst is a candy-coated rhythm roguelite. You tap the circles your enemies cast, keep your chain going and unleash your burst, room after room. The game is free to play and contains no in-app purchases.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. No account is needed to play.

3. In-Game Currency and Items

Berlingots, upgrades and unlocked characters are part of the game only. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed outside the App. We may adjust the game economy, rewards and content over time to keep the experience balanced.

4. Rewarded Ads

At the end of a run, the App may offer an optional rewarded ad, provided by Google AdMob. Watching it is always your choice, and the reward (currently +50% of the berlingots earned during that run) is shown before you decide. If an ad cannot load, the game may still grant the bonus, at most once per day. We do not control the content of ads shown by Google, and ad availability is not guaranteed. 5. Your Progress

Your progress is stored only on your device. There is no account and no cloud backup, so uninstalling the App, clearing its data or changing devices will erase your progress, and we cannot restore it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Tamper with the App to manipulate ads, their rewards or the ad networks' measurement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its name, artwork, characters, music, code and content, is owned by Adam ALET EI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party music and sound effects are used under their respective licences. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is handled and how.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination and Changes to the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service; where reasonably possible, we will give notice of material changes that significantly affect you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
